Ice pack cooling eye mask is made with medical grade plastic on one side and soft plush fabric on the other side. Just simply put the cool eye compress in the freezer for 2 hours for cold therapy or heat it in the microwave for 10s for heat therapy. Complies with Prop 65. 8 1/4" L x 3 7/8" W
