Daily date refill calendar pad, 6" x 5.5" with 4.5" hole spacing. Calendar pads begin in mid-December for early distribution. Bold black dates, pads individually shrink wrapped. Custom hole punches are no longer available. NOTE - Refill Pads are made in Malaysia and subject to availability, order refills early as when the current year is gone we are not able supply them. 6" W x 5.5" H
