Includes a 15 sheet 1-3/4" by 1-3/4" yellow sticky memo pad, mini pen and a metal belt clip. Locking button on bottom of item keeps tape in place while a clear flip-top cover protects the memo pad. 0.98" D x 3.13" W x 2.36" H
