Our embroidery department has 40 heads of embroidery and is capable of producing between 3-5000 goods a week. We do contract embroidery for other embroiderers and screen printers when their capacity can't handle big quantities. When we are at our busiest, generally we are 3 weeks or less in production time. Call and let us know your due date and we will try and meet your needs. Our new cap embroidery machine is capable of stitching 270 degrees which can sew 14" around your cap right over the seams.
We are capable and have experience of sewing appliqués, 3-D puff embroidery and embroidering on screen print designs. Our quality trained staff will ensure customer approval before sewing a job. Our Screen Printing Department has a lot of depth of service. Ten Station eight color automatic M R press with three manual presses. Embossing on natural fibers as well as Man Made something exclusive to our company. Jewels, patches, numbering and names all can be applied in this department. We truly are a full service comany.
